As for actually getting into the building they do the draw and group assignments like you would see on TV then no, you cannot go actually inside.. it is an invitation only event which a lot of political leaders, famous athletes, and celebrities will be invited to. Therefore no general public.
However, Cape town will be having huge parties and celebrations on their main party street that you can join into (Long Street) which will have the event broadcast up and down the street so you won’t miss one exciting second of the draw.

you cant go in. only representitives and corporate sponsors so if you know a guy who owns a company that sponsors world cup then you may be invited
