No, you can’t take a flat screen TV to Peru without paying a fee.
According to recent changes in regulations, the items that don’t require pay are:
- Clothing and personal accessories, such as tooth brush, comb, jewelry, perfumes
- Medicines that BELONG to the traveler
- Books, magazines, documents
- Luggage
- Hair dryer
- Shaver machine
- mp3, ipod or any other music device (except radios)
- 20 Cd’s
- a digital camera
- one camcorder
- one game device
-one electronic agenda or notebook
- one laptop
- one cellphone
- up to 20 cigarettes boxes or 50 cigars
- one pet
If you want to bring that TV I think u have to pay about 20% of the regular price…
I’d be good idea to check out this website… www.aduanet.gob.pe, but of course it’s Spanish

No, and depending on the unit, it may be illegal to send out of states to begin with.
