Is There A Fantasy Football League That Awards Bonus Pts For Clutch Plays, Such As Game Winning Tds?

For example, every player who would score 6 fantasy points for a TD would instead get 8 fantasy points for any td scored under 2 minutes…or a receiver would get more points for making 3rd down conversion catch …. or any 4th down play equals bonus points.
Plays that are hailed as clutch plays in the real world are rewarded as such in the fantasy world. Anyone know of a fantasy league that incorporates this?
