I Recently Bought A Lcd Hd Flat Panel Tv, I Have Basic Cable. My Question Is Do I Need To By A Digital?

…..do I need to by a digital converter box to get HD?

Where Can I Buy A Flat Screen Tv? (not A Flat Panel, Hd Etc.)?

I live in BC (Canada) – And everywhere you go its all wide screen flat panels which is great but I dont have HD. I just want a square flat screen tv for basic cable. I cant stand watching basic TV on a widescreen.
Am I out of luck? I beginning to think they are obsolete.

I Have Flat Screen Tv’s And Basic Cable Thru Time Warner. If I Cancel Tw, Do I Need A Converter Box?

I’m thinking about buying a 32″ Sanyo flat screen. My current tv is a ten year old 19″ Sanyo rear-projection. While it still works perfectly, no complaints, I feel very behind the times. But I only have basic cable (channels 2-76, not digital box or anything). Is it worth it? I usually watch movies on my 24″ computer so it’s not a huge deal as far as watching movies.
