No, you can’t take a flat screen TV to Peru without paying a fee.
According to recent changes in regulations, the items that don’t require pay are:

- Medicines that BELONG to the traveler
- Books, magazines, documents
- Luggage
- Hair dryer
- Shaver machine
- mp3, ipod or any other music device (except radios)

Lack Of Communication And Long-distance Relationship?
Before you say to leave the relationship, we are in a meaningful relationship and we were friends in high school and dated there so we aren’t strangers. We have been together for a very long time. He is in college across the country and I am going to college in my state. His parents are no longer funding college for him so he probably is going to be working near constantly to go through college. We won’t be talking much, because I need a job too. We are worried about our relationship. He gets off on breaks, comes home to where his family lives, which is close by, but he does not want to be around them since his mother is not being very kind to him (like cutting off communication, no money for college, saying mean things like he doesn’t have a family anymore) I am really worried about him too such a long distance, can’t let him stay at my house or anything (I live with my parents) We are worried about what will happen to our relationship. We talk via AIM everyday and when I still had my cellphone, we talked to each other just before bed and during breaks between our classes. But this next semester it might change. I realize communication is essential for any relationship, whether it is face-to-face or via the internet. Is there anything I can do to still keep the communication flowing?
