Need Computer Monitor/flat Panel Tv And A Place To Play My Wii?
Can I do this all with a flat panel monitor or would I be better looking into a (relatively) inexepensive TV? I’ll have Verizon FIOS installed this week (tv and internet) and would like something that can do it all and hang on the wall… any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

My ATI video card has an S-VIDEO port & uses a cable to run to the S-VIDEO port on the back of the TV. You have to download & install a CATALYST CONTROL CENTER program from ATIs web site & set it up from there. I am sure NVIDIA has the same deal. Your TV becomes your montor & you can even watch TV on your computer. Just make sure both your TV & video card has the S-VIDEO plug, most newer models do.

The TV needs to fit within a 30 inch wide space. Height and depth are not of any concern to me. I’ve found almost no TV’s between 26 inches and 32 inches. To me, that is just so peculiar. (and suspicious) I’d love to find a TV 28 or 29 inches wide. I want 1080i resolution and maybe the capability to serve as a computer monitor.
