In A 14 Team/3 Division Fantasy Football League Is There A Major Advantage Being In The 4 Team Division?
My league is deciding on 2 divisions of 7 or 3 divisions(2 of 5 teams, 1 of 4). To me there is no distinct advantage in being in the 4 team division, but not everyone else sees it that way. The idea behind them not being even is you only have to beat 3 other teams to win your division. To me you have to win your division regardless, it does not matter how many teams are in it each team in each division is on equal footing and that makes it even. Does anyone have an opinion on this, or better yet some math proving me right or wrong? I’ll gladly be wrong I just want our league to be right.
