College Plans, Could You Give Me Your Opinions?
My boyfriend and I are both going to college after this summer, and we’ll have been dating for a year by then. We aren’t perfect, and we fight often, but we can never stay mad at each other which makes me believe that we are a strong couple and we love each other. He is deciding on whether to go out of state of go to the same college that I am attending. We’ve talked about it multiple times but we always end up where we started. We have talked about long distance and he is unsure about this. I’m a little unsure too because I was dumped a year or so over a web cam after dating my ex for a year and a couple of months, I’m pretty sure that my ex was my first love so it was pretty heartbreaking. I just want to hear other people’s experiences and opinions on long distance and going to the same college as your high school sweetheart.

My Issues Of Long Distance Relationships That Recently Occured?
It all started with a friend who got us together, meeting & introducing our selves online for the first time & its been 3 weeks since we started talking, she is currently living in socal going to college. while me living in (norcal) both in our 20′s. We had things in common, a connection as if we knew each other for years & we instantly clicked. We talked on the phone for hours, even though she’s out hanging with her friends, she’d have time to call me. Id send her romantic e-mails. She’d do the same with text messages. It was all good. Until oneday our calls started to lessen, There was even a time when she said she will call me but wouldnt follow through. I want to talk to her about it but i dont want to seem like im controlling or demanding, yet I dislike feeling left out. *sighs* is it wrong for me to feel this way? We both never experience long distance relationships. But i really like to work it out. What can I do to fix it? We even planed seeing each other soon too..
Long Distance Relationship Question?
I dated a guy long distance for about two months and at first it was really great but it went south fast when he stopped making an effort to communicate. Needless to say, he dumped me.
Now I am in another long distance relationship with a wonderful guy. We are going to college together this fall so it is only long distance for a few months.
How can I make sure that the same thing doesn’t happen in my previous relationship? What are some ways that I can show I care and think about him even though there is distance between us? What sweet things can I do to keep us alive.
(He’s a super amazing guy, nothing like the other dude, and makes an effort to communicate with me daily, I just need some advice on what I can do for him)
Long Distance Relationship: Yes Or No?
I recently graduated from high school. The last two months or so of my senior year, I started dating a sophomore. I am now planning on going to college 4 hours away from the school (it was a boarding school), and even now over the summer, we live three hours apart, which makes seeing each other rather difficult. I have no other problems with the relationship other than the possible inconvenience of the distance, which can be challenging since my access to a car will be extremely limited in the foreseeable future. Should I still try to make a long distance relationship work?
