To Irish People : Is There A Petition On The Web To Replay France-ireland ?

I am french, and as many people, I have seen the match France-Ireland. I think it’s anormal that my country will go to South Africa in 2010 for World Cup. Why ? Because of Thierry Henry’s hand which has given the qualification for France. It was a cheat, and FIFA refuse to replay this match.
So, does it exist a petition on the web written by Ireland to replay this match ?
I will sign a petition ; because my country mustn’t be a cheater in football.

Is Kevin Kilbane Still In Irish National Team?

Sorry if I ask this, but here in Italy he isn’t famous and I don’t know if he left Irish National Team or not. Is there a hope to see him against Italy for the 2010 Fifa World Cup qualifications? Please, be serious. Thanks!
