My Flat Scrren Tv Has A Dark But Transparent Line Running Vertical Down The Screen Near The Right.?

The line is noticeble to me but the average person may not see it. I’ve adjusted the contrast, sharpness etc. but has not worked. Is this something that can be fixed?
It’s almost like the screen saver has burned the line in the screen. If that is the case-how can I prove it–would comcast be responsible to fix it seeing that its their screensaver?
