My Relationship Is Long Distance. My Boyfriend & I Barely Talk Once A Day. He Ignores My Messages & Calls…?
I don’t feel like im a priority to him. He says he is sorry and wants to make this work, but he doesn’t try. I feel like I care about him way more then he cares about me, and Im done feeling like I don’t matter to him. Actions speak louder than words, and ignoring my phone calls isn’t showing that he loves me.
One night he told me he was sick, and that he was going to lay down, so I said ok, and I texted him later on sayin “are you ok boo” and he never responded. So I called to check on him and he pressed ignore on me. The next day he said that his reson for doing so was because he wasn’t feeling well.
The only reason our relationship is long distance now is because we are on summer break for school (college). I broke up wit him because I’ve went long enough feeling un-important to him.
Should i try to make this work? Im 23, my boyfriend is 20. We’ve been together for 6 months. I’ve put in 100% to try and make our relationship work and he’s only put in 30%. Should I just let it go and move on?
Long Distance Relationship? Are They Successful?
Ok, I live about an hour drive away from this girl. We are both 19 years old and have busy lives. I met her at a party where she lives and we hit it off, and then I went to another party where she lives and I invited her and had a great time.
Since the two parties I have gone up and hung out with her on two separate occasions. It seems like we really have a strong connection. I know she has some kind of feelings for me and I know I am starting to having some feelings for her. We have not talked about a relationship.
If we dated we could probably only hang out 1-2 maybe 3 days a week until summer.
So my question is…
Should I try to make a long distance relationship work (1 hour drive)? Or since I am in college should I just look for girls around here… not having much luck… (Lots of annoying party girls around here… good for one night, but can’t have a conversation with them for more than 5 minutes)
What Will Make A Semi Long Distance Relationship Work?
We have not gotten together yet but we flirt all the time and truly care for each other he went to college about 2 hours away from me but will be back for winter break, we worked together as baggers at a grocery store. we always make each other laugh.he’s 18 I’m 24. yes I am 24 but I have not had most of the experiences people my age had high school was hard on me making friends because everyone was so superfical now things are different but my personality fits better with 16-19 year olds I’m real silly and Tom loves to hear my crazy stories and I want to have a relationship with him.he’s never had a g/f b-4 and he’s not interested in girls at college more than friends. we haven’t had a problem with just communicating on the comp and I know he’s loyal so how do we make a full transistion to being together.it’s kinda like we are but we don’t say it. Tom is real affectionate, loves to hug and touch me when he can. I plan to kiss him when we hang out on break. but before then, any advice?

Did Your Long Distance Relationship Work? How Did You Make It Work?

Long Distance Relationship: Yes Or No?
I recently graduated from high school. The last two months or so of my senior year, I started dating a sophomore. I am now planning on going to college 4 hours away from the school (it was a boarding school), and even now over the summer, we live three hours apart, which makes seeing each other rather difficult. I have no other problems with the relationship other than the possible inconvenience of the distance, which can be challenging since my access to a car will be extremely limited in the foreseeable future. Should I still try to make a long distance relationship work?
Has Anybody Ever Had A Long Distance Relationship Work?
Has anybody ever had a long distance relationship work?
we’ve been “best friends who like each other” for 3 years, and in a couple months we’ll both be 18 (we wanted to wait till then) and we do want to pursue a relationship together. i go off to a college 3 states away in 1 year though, and he’s expressed to me that during the 3 years i’ll be away (its not 4 cause i’m doing my first year here at a community college), he wants to do a long- distance relationship type deal and then we’ll be together again when i get back.
i say, we continue to take it slow (i mean its been 3 years, we’re about 18 and all we’ve done is hold hands… haven’t even kissed yet) and then for the 3/4 years we each go off do our things, keep in touch but we’re not tied down to each other, and then after schooling re-evaluate our relationship. i mean if we’re “meant to be” it’ll work out and if not then….well it won’t.
for 3 years, i don’t want him to not date, etc. just cause he feels like he has to wait for me… but i don’t know how to tell him this without him thinking “oh she just wants to be availiable for all those new college guys” which is totally not the case…. idk do long distance relationships ever work?

Can Our Long Distance Relationship Work Out?
I’ve been seeing a girl for several months. We seem to get on well and I do really like her. The main problem is the long distance. When she’s at college it’s only about an hour’s drive away which is okay but when she goes back home during breaks it’s almost 3 hours away. We usually meet up about once a week if we can but now she’s at home and we haven’t met up for almost 3 weeks. I’m trying to keep in touch with her by text but I haven’t heard from her at all in the last 2 weeks which is making me unsure about how things stand and how she feels. Do you think it can work out with this girl or not?
