Repair Company Is Making Us Choose, The Work Or The Tv?!?!?

We hired a restoration company that was referred to us by my insurance company. At the beginning of their repairs they damaged our flat screen TV that we have mounted on a wall. Today I was told that they WILL pay for the tv and accept liability, but if I want them to pay for it they won’t finish my repairs! I had flood damage and they’ve already done all the mitigation work, but haven’t started to put things back how they were (including the drywall). I don’t know what to do! Can they do this?!?!? Make me choose between them paying for the TV they damaged or finishing the work they started? What would you do? What should I do!

I have 2 vertical stripes, each 3 inches wide running from top to bottom on the screen. They are there over the PS3 games, DVDs, and ATT U-verse menus. Philips says it’s probably the video board. What is a reasonable quote to fix this and should I just get a new TV instead?
