How Much Does It Cost To Rent A Tv?
I will need a TV from late August through October.
I don’t need anything fancy/flat-screen/plasma…just a basic, mid-size TV. It will be used in a dorm room.
Rent-a-center didn’t list ANY prices.
Other rental sites wouldn’t let me choose how long I could rent the TV: they said “78 weeks” or “2 years” and I only need it for 2 months!

I have been researching tvs and i find that there is a serious range of prices for what seems like the same size tv. I want between a 37-42 inch screen but then get totally lost when we start to talk about HZ and the difference between 720p and 1080p. Do i want plasma or LCD? Please help!

After 21″, the available TV screen size is only 29″ (Flat screens), but this actually measures only 27″. Why the manufacturers have to brand this as 29″ size TV thus almost cheating the customer.

Nowadays, most flat panel TVs weigh less than 100 lbs for something 40 inches and below. Yet there are TV stands advertising as “hold up to 27 inch LCD TV” despite claiming can support up to 220 lbs of weight. What gives?
