I’m Having Problems With My 42″ Lcd Flat Screen Tv. Can Someone Please Help With Some Advice Or Resolutions?
I’ve had my tv for two years now and just yesterday all of the sudden the picture went out. The screen is black with different colored lines that go up and down the screen. The sound is still audible but there’s no picture. Any help or advice with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What Are Some Ways To Spend Quality Time Together During A Long-distance Relationship?
That’s the vague version, here’s the specific version -
My girlfriend’s off at her first semester of college and we’re a couple thousand miles apart. She’s had a tough time adjusting and is pretty lonely a good part of the time, and next weekend her roommate (who lives near the college) is going home, so she’s going to be extra lonely.
I’m trying to think of ways to keep her company despite being so far away – first of all, by being on the phone with her the entire time. But beyond that, I’m trying to think of other stuff we can be doing “together”.
So far, I figure we can watch a movie together (both rent the same movie, start it at the same time), and play a game together (online, any number of the Yahoo! games out there).
Does anyone have any other ideas?

No regionally accredited universities do this. This is because a doctoral program requires close mentoring, and a community of peers. History research requires archival familiarity, and this certainly cannot be acquired from the comfort of one’s living room.
Bottom line: Doctoral-level studies cannot be replicated, or even approximated, online.
Any institution that claims to be able to do this is fleecing students, because such a degree would never be accepted in academic circles.
