I Have A Samsung Flat Screen Tv And The Melody Plays When Turning On And Off.?

I found the setting in the set up mode and turned it off. It took and when I turned it off sound was gone, but guess what, as soon as it went back on it reset and the melody was back to medium. I want this off as I use this in the bedroom and don’t want a sound to turn it on.

Samsung Big Flat-screen Tv Constantly Turning Off By Itself While We Are Watching- What Could Cause This?

Sometimes we will be watching and it will just turn off once. Other times it will continue to turn off like 5 times and then be fine until hours later or the next day. I can’t figure it out. There are no timers set or anything like that and nothing seems wrong with the colors or picture. What could this be?
