How Much Of A Shot Does This All American Football League Have Where So May Others Failed?

Over would be 3 years USFL which of course wanted to be a direct rival of the NFL and spent themselves into bankruptcy luring top talent. The Under is 1 yr the XFL which was just a bad product.
This league will have a new angle in that they will only hire players that have a college degree and plan on playing their games in college towns. Hope to get those football fans mostly college who need a football fix while waiting for next season.
So it comes down to this will a spring/summer football league made up of players who would have not had much of a shot in the NFL grab your attention by playing up the local college atmosphere in a pro game?

Is There Any Way A Spring Football League Could Be Succesful?

This weekends draft provided some excitement for those who cant wait until July, when training camps open, but is there any way that a spring football league can be successful and satisfy football fans? So many different leagues have come and folded, such as the USFL, XFL, and a few others. NFL Europa is fun to watch when there is nothing on, and you happen to catch a game when flipping through channels, but is there anyway that a spring football league would have some success and becomes a mainstay?
