My friend wants some help this year setting his weekly lineup in his Yahoo Fantasy Football league. How do I locate and look at a league that I’m not a member of? I know the exact league name…is that all I need? Is it possible?

This year, in the “What’s New” section on Yahoo!’s fantasy football homepage, it says, under League History: “Turn your League into a legacy. Set the previous seasons of your league to show the former winners and provide your league with instant access to archived seasons. Now, your fantasy team can truly become a dynasty.” Anybody have a clue?
How Do I Report Cheating In My Yahoo Fantasy Football League?
First of all, this is a public (free) league. As far as I can tell there is no designated “commissioner” — there doesn’t seem to be an option to “contact” Yahoo Fantasy Football… only an option to email my league, but that’s kind of useless.
Any help advice?
(btw, the cheating is taking place between two players one who has just missed the playoffs and the other who is first in the waiver order)
