We Have A Freeview Box And Flat Screen Tv. When We Turned It On This Morning It States ‘no Signal’?
I’ve unplugged everything, plugged it back in. It still doesnt seem to be working.
I’m thinking it is the aerial. Could it be the freeview box?

Re-scan for you channels before anything else,also they may be working on transmitter.Site below shows engineering works on Crystal Palace transmitter in July and August 09.
Have a look at your aerial has it moved in the winds. Did you get a wideband aerial and have it aligned correctly to your nearest transmitter. Everything has to be spot on for digital signals and wet weather can affect them. Some of the older freeview boxes are now not working . You need to contact a TV Engineer.
If its raining it can affect the signal a little something our government overlooked when they decided to turn off the analogue signal
You have a problem with your aerial, get it checked.
